SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship all domestic bag orders via FedEx. Please contact us for expedited shipping! International bag orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. All accessory orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
All orders of $99 or more within the continental United States are eligible for FedEx FREE SHIPPING! Smaller orders are $8 via USPS Priority Mail
For Hawaii and Alaska, orders of $99 or more ship via USPS for $10. All other orders are $8.
For Canada, bags ship USPS Global Priority for $30. Accessories ship for $25.
All other international locations, a bag costs $50 to ship via USPS Global Priority. Accessories are $32.
Here at R.E.Load, we want you to be happy with your bag/accessory purchase. However, please understand that if you ask us to make a bag and/or accessory from scratch to your exact color and feature specifications, we absolutely cannot accept any returns or exchanges on the order (barring a mistake on our end, of course).
If you are at all unsure about exactly what you want, we
strongly urge you to ask as many questions as you need to ask before placing the order. Once your order has been processed and the materials have been cut and prepped for production, it is YOURS. To be clear, this applies to any of the BUILD YOUR OWN bags and accessories. These are clearly indicated with a red sewing machine icon (see below) next to the product.
If you have purchased one of our bags and/or accessories in existing stock colors - without any additional customization - you may return it in NEW condition within 30 days for exchange or refund. Any
applicable return shipping will also be paid by the customer. If you are returning an item, you must first contact us regarding the return/exchange!
Unless otherwise stated, R.E.Load products are guaranteed for life against manufacturer defects. This covers the stitching and construction of the bag. Please be aware that this does not cover normal wear and tear. If you have any issues with your bag due to a fault of ours, we will repair or replace the bag for you! Even in cases of normal wear and tear, i.e.; "my bag is eight years old and starting to wear out," we can often make repairs for little or no charge (the customer is responsible for return shipping).
