There are just a couple of things you should know before your purchase a R.E.Load bag. Here's the low-down on our bags, what we guarantee and what you can exchange:

If you are ordering one of our Limited Edition or Collection bags, it may be exchanged FOR STORE CREDIT within 14 days (beginning when we are notified that you have actually received the item). There are no refunds. You MUST contact us before sending the item back to get a return approval. 

We specialize in making custom bags. A "custom bag" is any bag that does not already exist in our stock, or as a preset color way. Meaning it must be made completely from scratch. Basically, if you are selecting your own colors, and/or features, and/or graphics, it's a custom build as far as we're concerned. We try our best to work with you through the ordering process and want to help you decide what bag, features and colors are best for you. We want you to be very satisfied with your bag, and to make the best choices along the line, since the bag will be with you for a long time.

Since every custom bag is made to order, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on custom bags. In our business, it is difficult for us to re-sell custom orders. We make every custom order to meet the specifications and needs of the individual. If there is something about your bag that isn't the way you imagined it would be after you receive it, contact us and let us know. Also note: Our Deluxe and Courier models are very large. Make sure before you order one of these models that you are aware of the bag dimensions and how a bag of this size will work for you. 

Accessories may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Again, please DO NOT send your bag or accessory back without contacting us and getting an approval. 

Warranty

All of our products are covered against defects and craftsmanship, which is basically all stitching and seams. This covers normal wear and tear to these areas. This does NOT cover "I crashed and slid down a hill on my back" or "i've had this bag for ten years and it's kinda worn". We all know what is reasonable as far as life expectancy...things wear out eventually. If something is wrong with your bag and you feel that it is our fault, or if you feel your bag is defective, contact us before sending it back.
